• All content on this site (images, product descriptions, sarcastic rants) is the property of Sarcastic Frog. Don’t steal it.
• We reserve the right to update prices, product availability, or site functionality at any time—because that’s how websites work.

2. Products & Orders

• All items are made to order. We don’t keep inventory, so don’t expect Amazon-style turnarounds. Give us a few days to make your product, and make sure it’s perfect.
• Orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations after printing has started.
• Please double-check your shipping address and size selection before checkout—we are not responsible for typos or wishful thinking.

3. Returns & Refunds

• We’ll fix it if it’s damaged, misprinted, or clearly our fault.
• We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or wrong size orders.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times vary depending on location and product type.
• Sarcastic Frog is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or interdimensional portals.

5. Payment & Security

• Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. We do not store credit card info.
• All transactions are subject to verification and approval.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Don’t use this site for anything illegal or shady.
• Don’t pretend to be someone else to place an order. You’re not that clever.
• Don’t file a fraudulent chargeback because your shirt was “too sarcastic.”

7. Dispute Resolution

• We’re based in Nevada, USA, so any legal issues will be handled here, under Nevada law.
