At Sarcastic Frog, we would love you to love your order. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or wildly different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for the following reasons:
Wrong item received
Damaged or defective item
Print error
We do not accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse
Wrong size ordered (check that size chart, friend)
Custom/personalized items (once it’s printed with your weird idea, it’s yours forever)
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@sarcasticfrog.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll respond with next steps (usually a refund, replacement, or store credit).
Important Notes
All items are made to order (on-demand printing magic), so we don’t hold inventory.
Because of this, we don’t offer size-based exchanges—pretty pretty please with a cherry on top — double check your size before ordering.
Sarcastic Frog is not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or your neighbor stealing your mail. (We wish we were joking.)
